Shipping

We offer delivery throughout Australia via Australia Post, with tracking provided for all orders.

Free standard shipping may be available for orders over $200 AUD, subject to change and availability.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and courier performance. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers once the goods leave our warehouse.

Warranty & Repairs

NOXSOLIS LED products come with a Limited Warranty against defects in materials, components, and workmanship.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

For warranty claims, please contact us with your order details and supporting images or documents.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NOXSOLIS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the materials on this site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
