Delivery & Returns Policy

This Delivery and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which  INVISION SALES PTY LTD (ABN 54 101 140 550) delivers products and processes returns. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used in this Policy have the meaning set out in our Terms and Conditions.

Delivery Information

Delivery Costs

We use Australia Post to provide fast and secure shipping.

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $200 AUD (after discounts and excluding shipping).

Delivery fees are charged in addition to the product price and must be paid at checkout or as otherwise advised. You are also responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges.

We deliver within Australia only—international shipping is not available at this time.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders will be processed once full payment is received.
  • We aim to ship orders the same day if placed before 1:00 PM (AEST).
  • Some orders may take up to 3 business days to dispatch.
  • Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout, which cannot be changed after the order is placed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only. While we make every effort to meet them, they are not guaranteed.

Risk & Title

Once your order is shipped:

  • To a collection address – risk passes upon delivery.
  • To a home address – risk passes when our first delivery attempt is made, regardless of whether someone is available to receive it.
  • If no one is present to accept delivery, we may either:
  • Leave the parcel at the nominated address (at our discretion), or
  • Hold it for redelivery (you may incur additional fees for storage and redelivery).

Returns & Exchanges

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a standard product, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, provided that:

  • It is returned in original packaging, and
  • In original, unused condition.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items not meeting these return conditions.

Faulty or Defective Products

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with details and supporting evidence (e.g., photos). We will handle such cases in accordance with the warranty provisions found in our Terms and Conditions.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our support team to initiate the return process.
  2. Complete and include any forms we provide.
  3. Include the original invoice or receipt.
  4. Package the item securely.

We may require the item to be returned to a specific address or drop-off location.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning any item, unless we confirm the product is faulty. If a defect is verified, we may reimburse reasonable return shipping costs (upon submission of proof).

You bear the risk of the item until it is received by us. For your protection, we recommend using registered post with tracking and insurance.
