This Payment Policy outlines the terms under which NOXSOLIS Pty Ltd accepts and processes payments for goods and services purchased through our store. By placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms set out below and in our Terms and Conditions.

- Other payment gateways as listed at checkout.
All payments must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Timing of Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase, prior to the processing or shipment of any order.
- Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full and cleared.
- For bank transfers, your order may be delayed while awaiting confirmation of funds.
Pricing
All prices displayed are in AUD and inclusive of GST (where applicable), unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid in full.
Payment Security
We use secure payment gateways and encryption technology to protect your payment and personal details. NOXSOLIS Pty Ltd does not store your credit card information.
Default on Payment
If your payment is declined, reversed, or not honoured by your financial institution, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel or suspend your order, and/or
- Seek reimbursement for any associated costs or losses.
Where payment has not been received within the agreed timeframe (e.g. in the case of bank transfer or approved accounts), we may charge late fees or interest as permitted under Australian consumer law or under any commercial agreement.
Refunds
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. For more information, refer to our Returns Policy.
